Electronic circulation pump DAB EVOSTA2 with permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency converter is designed for heating and air conditioning systems. The pump ensures high efficiency in all applications and delivers significant energy savings. The low-energy circulator is designed for water circulation, suitable for all types of domestic heating and air conditioning systems.

• The pump is equipped with an electronic device that detects the changes required by the system and automatically adjusts the circulator output accordingly to ensure optimum efficiency and minimum energy consumption at all times.
  
  
• The pump is also ideal as a replacement for the old three-speed circulators, as it has a compact size and a single pump model can cover conveying heights of 4.5 and 6 metres. In addition, it is a very user-friendly product, thanks to a single button for simple step-by-step adjustments, a vent plug used to vent the system and unblock the motor shaft.
  

Construction

Cast iron pump body with cataphoretic coating and wet-running motor. The motor casing is made of stainless steel, the impeller is made of technopolymer. The motor shaft is made of ceramic and is mounted in graphite bearings that are lubricated with pumped fluid. The rotor and stator cladding and the closing flange are made of stainless steel. Support ring made of ceramic. Sealing rings made of EPDM and vent plug made of brass. Due to the internal motor enclosure, the pump does not require any form of surge protection.

• Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid mineral oil particles, non-viscous,
  chemically neutral, properties close to water (max. glycol concentration 30%)
