Compact 185 mm diameter single-phase submersible pumps with integrated frequency converter, pressure vessel and D control unit.Connect Box 2 for complete pump control via tablet or smartphone. The pump starts automatically when the pump is drawn, switches off when the draw-off is finished, and is protected against dry running and increased frequency of starting.

the 7" multi-stage electronic pump with variable speed control is designed for pumping clean water from wells, sumps, containers and cisterns. Can be used for full or partial immersion or surface pumping (with suitable accessories). They are suitable for use for pressure boosting, rainwater reuse, gardening and irrigation in the home environment. The pump can also be installed horizontally. Equipped with PLC (PowerLine Communication) and Wi-Fi technologies. In combination with the same pump, two ESYDIVERS can operate in dual mode, alternately or in support mode when the system requires a higher flow rate than could be supplied by a single pump.

Pump design

Pump body made of corrosion and oxidation resistant technopolymer. Integrated check valve. Integrated dirt filter. The pressure relief valve prevents ice from forming in the pipe and protects against water hammer. The pump body features a vent valve to improve suction during initial installation or when draining the tank/sump and a stainless steel handle for carrying the pump. The pump includes a 0.04 litre expansion tank to prevent the pump from restarting in the event of small leaks and to absorb water shocks. The integrated expansion tank requires no maintenance or recharging. The connection between the three technopolymer impellers, the floating ring and the stainless steel alignment disc reduces wear on the hydraulic components and allows precise alignment of the components. With the appropriate accessories (included), the suction height can be adjusted as follows: 3.5; 4; 6 or 8 cm.

Engine design

Pumped liquid cooled asynchronous submersible motor. Hydraulic side of motor shaft made of AISI 303 stainless steel. Double mechanical seal in the oil chamber, where the seal on the motor is only subjected to immersion pressure (1 bar), while the other side is subjected to operating pressure (up to 5.5 bar), ensuring that the pump is watertight. A condenser and an integrated overtemperature motor serve as thermal protection. Quick coupling/release cable facilitates installation in tanks or vessels. Tear-resistant power cord connection.

Electronics

Electronic operation allows independent switching on and off of the pump to maintain the operating pressure (adjustable from 1 to 5.5 bar), variable speed control for operation according to system requirements, protects against dry running. NFC (Near Field Communication) sump for use of a float sensor (not included) that can be connected without opening the pump and keep the pump watertight. The PLC communication technology allows the pump to transmit data via a power cable connected to the DConnect Box 2.
